Blended Learning & Open Enrollment

We appreciate you and your family being here and we thank you for trusting us with your child's education. Galion City Schools uses Final Forms, a web-based software to eliminate the use of paper forms.  This requires each student's parent/guardian to have an account, in which an active email is required. Within Final Forms you will complete all contact, emergency medical, transportation, athletic, and enrollment information.

If you don't have a working email, one will be provided to you during your registration appointment.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration Opens March 3, 2025

We offer Kindergarten screening in April and August for Galion residents. An appointment for screening is required in advance and can be made in the Primary School office. 419.468.4010.

Kindergarten screening MUST be completed at the student's school of residence before they can open-enroll at Galion.

The following items are necessary documentation that you need to bring to the screening appointment.

  • Parent/Guardian photo ID

  • Proof of the child's age

  • Proof of residency

  • Proof of custody

  • Current immunization records

April 14th 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

April 15th 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Summer 2025 Bootcamp for K-3 Students

DATES: TBA

Kindergarteners may register for one week of boot camp. All incoming kindergarten students are welcome to attend.

Please note that students in grades first through third will be based on invite only. Incoming first, second, and third graders should sign up for both weeks (or one if out of town, etc.)
