District Leadership Team

Purpose

The purpose of the District Leadership Team (DLT) is to support instruction through data-minded, goal setting, goal centered professional development and clear timely monitoring of progress. Academic and Climate Goals have multiple steps designed to make expectations explicit and provide a common focus for the district.

Two-way communication of data, goals, and progress exists between the DLT and the Building Leadership Teams (BLT) and Teacher Based Teams (TBT). This fluid communication leads to better systemic results for ALL learners.
