During last week's board meeting, the Board recognized students who exemplified the "Portrait of a Tiger" trait, "Empathetic." Congratulations to Brooklyn (2nd Grade), Avery (3rd Grade), Raegen (6th Grade) and Caleb (10th Grade) for demonstrating compassion and understanding within the school district and the broader community
The Board also recognized Maria Wegesin, 8th grade, who exemplified the "Portrait of a Tiger" trait, "Involved,” and who was unable to be present for recognition at the December meeting. Shelby was acknowledged for her outstanding commitment to being actively engaged in school and community activities.

Good Evening Tigers! Due to the cold temperatures and expected snow fall, the Galion City Schools, will be on a 2-hr delay Tuesday, Jan 16th. There will be no morning ROAR or morning pre-school.
There is no school today, Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will see you back in class tomorrow!
