Spring break is here!
As a district, we continue to make progress in providing comprehensive mental health supports to our students and their families. Recently, we hired two behavior aides for both Galion Primary and Galion Intermediate Schools to complete the Registered Behavior Technician certification. This certification enables them to deliver support and assistance to address student behavior-related issues under close supervision from a designated RBT supervisor. By addressing potentially problematic behaviors sooner, we aim to ensure students receive essential support to overcome challenges and flourish academically while reducing the frequency of suspensions and other disciplinary actions.

Mrs. Garver's class presented to an audience of district administrators today. They studied countries from around the world and created posters to use in their presentations. They celebrated their accomplishments by tasting a variety of foods from each of the countries they learned about. They did a great job and some even shared their favorite dance moves to complete their presentation. Great job everyone!
